Vsing Interactive shall have the right at any time to withdraw any discount and/or to revise prices to take into account increases in costs including (without limitation) costs of any materials, labor or the increase or imposition of any tax, duty or other levy and any variation in exchange rates. Vsing Interactive reserves the right to notify you of any mistakes in Product descriptions or errors in pricing prior to product dispatch. In such event if you choose to continue with fulfillment of the order, you acknowledge that the product or service will be provided in accordance with such revised description or corrected price.

Payment

Different payment methods, such as credit card, direct debit, may be available to you when making a purchase through Vsing Interactive Online Services. When you use third party payment and billing providers, such as PayPal, that provider’s additional terms, and costs, may apply. It is your obligation to pay all Federal, State and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the digital goods which you purchase from Vsing Interactive.

Depending on your country of residence, and the particular Vsing Interactive Online Services that you use to make a purchase, you may be able to choose from several different currencies to make purchase online from Vsing Interactive.

REFUND POLICY

Before purchasing, it is your sole responsibility and obligation to make sure that you have the technical grounds for operating the purchase. Vsing Interactive does not take any responsibility for an Application working on a newer or different operating system than as specified in the System Requirements for each Application.

All sales, purchases and payments made through Vsing Interactive are final and not refundable except as expressly provided below.

YYou expressly acknowledge, consent and agree that you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the App or obtain a refund if, before the Refund Period expires, the download process for the Application has begun. Once the download process of the Application has begun, you will no longer have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Application or obtain a refund, and the sale, purchase and payment will be final.

Q: Where can I send suggestions for our Application?
A: We appreciate the time and energy people put into making suggestions for our current and future Application. You can post your suggestions under the appropriate category in the most relevant application forum, Facebook or other websites.

You may not use our materials on sites that feature defamatory pornographic, or inflammatory content, including, but not limited to, hacks and cheats for any of our Applications or any other content that Vsing Interactive find objectionable or unlawful.

Q: Can I register a domain names containing some portion of your product names or staff members?
A: No. We are concerned that such use could cause confusion for our customers who may assume that the domain is associated with us.

Q: Can I translate your site into another language if no such site exists?
A: We do not allow add-ons or expansions for our applications.

Q: Is there something prohibited in your Application?
A: Any pornographic / adult content, incitement to hatred or violence, racial intolerance suggestion, calls against any individual or group, containing abuse, obscenity or tone of contempt or profanity, anything political and religious are strictly prohibited in our Application.

Q: Can I write novels, screenplays, theatrical productions or other adaptations based on your Application?
A: No. Vsing Interactive reserves the right to extend and expand our properties to other media. We want to provide a consistent story and universe for our customers, and want to ensure that only the highest quality, officially licensed and approved material is created based on our characters and other creative properties.

Q: Can I create and/or distribute hack and cheats for your Application?
A: No. Vsing Interactive does not support or condone the use or distribution of cheats and/or hacks for use with Vsing Interactive under any circumstance.

TERMS OF USE

• disrupt or assist in the disruption of any computer or network resource used to support the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, Accounts registered to other players, or the computer systems or network resources connected to or used by the Service.
